As a human capital consultant and corporate/university coach Jenny Xu helps organizations and individuals to achieve meaningful and lasting results. Jenny has consulted for a number of Fortune 500 companies in industries including: Energy, Health Care, Life Sciences and Technology.
Jenny has designed and delivered global and enterprise-wide learning & development solutions. Her experience also includes implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as work/life flexibility and health & wellness. Jenny is a Career Coach and an assistant instructor for MBA Leadership Communication and Undergraduate Principles of Business courses at the Haas School of Business.
Jenny is currently completing her M.B.A. at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley as well as an Evidence-Based Coaching certification at the Fielding Graduate Institute. She speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
